My Fair Wedding

One of my favorite shows on television is My Fair Wedding with David Tutera.

A bride knows what she wants for her wedding — the dress, the flowers, even the icing on the cake! But with only three weeks before the big day, wedding planner David Tutera shows up and changes everything. How exactly will he tackle these brides’ outlandish ideas to give them a wedding beyond their imagination? Watch My Fair Wedding, a WE tv original series, to find out... you won't want to miss these transformations!

David has tackled weddings that have to do with the Wizard of Oz and Alice and Wonderland. Animals and Floral obsessions. Anything. I sometimes think that the shows are rigged. I mean how can a bride be that color blind! I mean some of the stuff that the brides come up with are awful!!! But in the end it's all worth it because the bride gets what she wants for free basically.

Chessy Proposals!

I was touring through theknot.com with my friend trying to find a topic for my next post and we came across proposals. This has got to be good! So we were looking through all of the different ways that your true love can propose and we came across Cheesy but hilarious ways to propose! and we looked at the funniest most cheesiest, awful way to propose, and here it is.

Write your proposal in sunscreen on your stomach, so that your tan will "stencil in" the words!

Your Eyes are Bigger than Your Stomach

For many people, there favorite part of planning a wedding is the wedding cake. Questions swarm their mind as they brainstorm the ides of what they want on the cake and how it will look. What colors do I want? How should I blend it in with my theme? How much will it cost? Honestly when I first started browsing through wedding magazines, I thought that wedding cakes costed around $10,000! But they actually are around $100-$3,000.There are many ideas that you can use for your wedding cake. Here are some I will do every common color.

Weird in a Special Way

Most of the time, you'll see wedding dresses that are the picture perfect dresses that you always see. Well I thought I might look up wedding dresses that you don't see everyday. Exotic or weird dresses. When I first saw some of these dresses, I thought to myself, "I would never wear these in a million years!" But who knows, they may come into style.
These first two are exotic and special is that they
are unique. They aren't horribly out of whack but I still wouldn't wear them. I might wear the hat though.

This dress is a one of a kind! I've never seen a
dress like this before. imagine if a 4' person tried it on. We wouldn't be able to find her!!

Chocolate Cosmos

My friend and I were looking at a bride book and she showed me this flower that she really liked. Not only for its stunning, deep, dark, color, but for its name-Chocolate Cosmos. This flower is a perfect eye catcher for people who want to do a light colored themed wedding. The flower make's sure that the light color's you picked don't get too washed out. They are also perfect for an Autumn wedding to bring out the rich reds, oranges, and browns of fall. There are many possibilities for this flower.

Royal Wedding Dresses

After watching the Royal Wedding, I have decided that it was the most boring ceremony ever displayed on television! And yet I watched the whole thing. At the same time it made me happy because of it was... well a wedding. When Kate walked out, I was expecting a Diana dress. You know with the poofy sleeves and the floor length ball gown. But instead, she walked out with this beautiful, clean, modest lace wedding gown on. Both of the dresses are pretty and I see Kate's dress coming into style.

Who's dress do you like better and why? Please comment.
